Our lead time for custom pouches with standard shipping (included at no extra cost) is 8 – 10 weeks from approved artwork to delivery at your door. You can also expedite any portion of your order to arrive in 4 – 6 weeks if you need bags sooner.

We use rotogravure printing, which produces the highest quality images in the industry. Our industrial printing machines are set up to run a maximum of 9 colors. Using CMYK, Pantone, or a combination of the two, we can print any design you create with pinpoint accuracy and sharpness. We print smooth gradients, vivid photographs, and small details with remarkable accuracy.
You’ll want to select “C” Pantones (coated) when printing on plastic, or “U” Pantones (uncoated) when printing directly on paper. If you’re unsure, just ask and we can confirm for you.
Absolutely. We have an extensive selection of materials to choose from including clear, metallized, or white high barrier films. These can be used to produce any type of bags including Stand Up Pouches, Flat Pouches, Side Gusset Bags, Flat Bottom Bags, and more.
We produce high quality flexible packaging in any style. This includes: Stand Up Pouches (any gusset type), Flat Pouches (2 Side Seal or 3 Side Seal), Side Gusset Bags, Quad Seal Bags, Flat Bottom Bags, Fin Seal Pouches, Bar Wrappers, Custom Shaped Pouches, Spout Pouches, Produce Bags, Child Resistant Bags, and Roll Stock Film.
Our minimum order quantity for all custom bags and pouches is 5,000 units per SKU. Pricing improves considerably at the 10,000 and 25,000 per SKU quantities. Once we review your requirements, we will provide pricing at different quantity levels to help you find the quantity that fits your needs and budget.
