The flat base and side gussets allow for maximum fill capacity even in smaller spaces. Commonly used to package premium products like coffee and snacks. These can be printed in full color on all sides (front, back, bottom, and side gussets).
Additional features include tear notch, hang sell hole, header and handle, resealable zip, on wicket, spout and fitment, one-way degassing valve, product display window, and rounded corners. We source flat bottom pouches using FDA-approved, high-quality materials in our BRC and ISO-accredited facilities for direct food contact. Our flat bottom pouches are puncture-resistant, high barrier (OTR & WVTR), heat-sealable, leak-proof, and self-standing.
