A regional study of 2015 data found Bay Area food manufacturing establishments had fallen about 27% to roughly 780, while beverage establishments rose 202% to about 938. Canneries left; kombucha, cold brew and craft beverage arrived.

Are you actually in the Bay Area?
Yes. Our office is at 857 Cumberland Dr, Sunnyvale, CA 94087, and the phone is (877) 319-6411. It’s an office rather than a print plant — printing happens at our production partners — but the people managing your job are here.
Can we come by, or can someone come to us?
Get in touch and we’ll arrange it. Most projects run fine over email and a call, but for a first big run it’s often worth sitting down with samples and a die line in front of you.
What is your minimum order?
5,000 bags per design (SKU). Each flavour and each size is its own design. Pricing steps down at 10,000 and 25,000.
We just came out of a shared kitchen. Are we too small?
If a SKU is selling 5,000 units, you’re not. Below that, a short-run digital printer is genuinely the better economics and we’ll say so. Send us your volumes and we’ll give you a straight answer either way.
Do you do recyclable or compostable pouches?
Yes, and Bay Area retail buyers ask about it more than anywhere else. We’ll walk through what each structure actually is, what it can honestly be labelled as, and what it does to barrier and shelf life — because overclaiming on a panel is its own problem.
What about SB 54 and Prop 65?
Statewide rules rather than Bay Area ones, and we cover them on our California packaging page. San Francisco’s and Berkeley’s own ordinances target foodservice ware, not retail packaging.
Is there a setup or plate fee on our first run?
No. There are no plate fees, which is usually the thing that makes a first production run look frightening on paper. Tooling is inside the per-bag price.

No. Our office and your account team are in Sunnyvale; the printing is done by our partner plants in Asia. We manage the factory, freight, duties and customs, and quote one delivered price with transit already inside the lead time.
