Los Angeles knows what a bad season on the water looks like: at the January 2022 peak, more than a hundred container ships sat at anchor off San Pedro Bay against a pre-pandemic norm of around seventeen. Nobody can promise that never happens again. What we can do is hold the schedule, tell you early when it moves, and expedite part of a run so a launch isn’t sitting on one container.

Are you based in Los Angeles?
No — our office is in Sunnyvale, about 350 miles north, and we ship to LA constantly. That means California hours and no time-zone lag, but if you need to stand on a press floor in Vernon this week, a local converter is the better call and we’ll say so.
How fast can bags reach Vernon or City of Industry?
8–10 weeks from approved artwork, or 4–6 weeks expedited for part of an order. That figure is the whole timeline including transit, not production time with shipping still to be added, and delivery to your dock is inside the quoted price.
What is your minimum order?
5,000 bags per design (SKU). Each flavour or size counts as its own design. Pricing improves at 10,000 and 25,000.
We buy direct from an overseas factory. Why use you?
Because you stop running the factory relationship, the freight booking and the customs paperwork, and you stop carrying the risk when a container slips. You get one delivered per-bag price, one date, and a California company accountable for both. If you have the volume and the staff to manage all of that in-house, buying direct is cheaper — and we’ll tell you so.
Do you print tortilla and bakery film?
Yes — printed rollstock for form-fill-seal lines as well as pre-made bags and pouches. Tell us the machine, the web width and the fill, and we’ll spec film that runs on it.
What about the California packaging laws?
Those are statewide rather than LA-specific, and we cover them on our California packaging page — SB 54 producer responsibility, recyclability claims, and Prop 65 warning placement. LA’s own single-use ordinances apply to restaurant foodservice ware, not retail packaging.
Do you charge plate fees?
No. Print tooling sits inside the per-bag price, so a multi-SKU launch doesn’t start with a setup charge for each design before anything prints.
Where are the bags actually printed?
By our partner plants in Asia. We’re a California company and we carry the whole journey including freight and customs, so you get one delivered price and one date rather than a factory quote plus shipping to work out later.
